GDL strike also affects train traffic with the Netherlands

August 21, 2021 - The GDL union has called on its members at DB Cargo AG to stop working from 5 p.m. on Saturday August 21 until at least 2 a.m. on Wednesday, August 25.

Despite all the measures taken beforehand, the first consequences are clearly noticeable in train traffic to and from Germany and the strike leads to cancellations and delays of trains. We are currently doing everything we can to minimize the impact.

You can read more about the background of the strike in Germany as well as current events at: Presse-Blog: Alle Infos zum GDL-Streik | Deutsche Bahn AG. Your account manager and/or your contact person at the customer service team are also available for more information.
