Our Code of Conduct

DB Cargo is convinced that sustainable economic success can only be achieved if all employees and executives behave in accordance with the company's basic values while respecting the law. Compliance thus contributes to a culture of integrity and protects our company from loss of reputation.

We expect compliance with rules and integrity not only from ourselves, but also from our suppliers and service providers. The DB Code of Conduct for Business Partners provides binding guidance in this regard.

We deal openly with all conflicts of interest. This applies to secondary employment as well as invitations and gifts. Transparency is the key to a solution here.

Responsible disclosure

Despite all precautions and other efforts, situations can arise where there is a vulnerability in our security: a security breach. Do you discover a security breach in our systems? Then we would like to work with you on a solution. That is why we ask you to share this information with us confidentially.
