Work on the 'third track' (Emmerich - Oberhausen)

In the period from Tuesday, May 14 (00.00 hrs.) to Friday, June 14, 2024 (21.00 hrs.), extensive work will take place on the Emmerich - Oberhausen section. During this period, the section between Oberhausen and Zevenaar will be closed to all train traffic. The work is part of the construction of the so-called "third track" in Germany. Train traffic to and from Germany will use other border crossings during this period. Departure and arrival times may change as a result.
